AZLN Hot Topic DEI and Racial Discrimination – Online – Matt Beienburg, Goldwater

The AZ Liberty Network has scheduled Matt Beienburg, Director, Education Policy and Van Sittert Center for Constitutional Advocacy at Goldwater Institute for our next Hot Topic – DEI and racial discrimination in AZ.

Matt will share with us an Arizona State Constitutional Amendment that they are working on to pass through the legislature and refer to voters to eliminate DEI and racial discrimination in Arizona: HCR2042.  This will complement and extend the work that President Trump recently accomplished at the federal level through his executive orders. This measure would give Arizona the strongest state constitutional protections against racial discrimination in the nation.
