DESCRIPTION:Our guest speaker will be Ray Malnar! \nRay has a lot of experience with election finance and candidate filings. He has been treasurer and election finance consultant for dozens of statewide\, legislative\, and local candidates’ races. \nHe has been a Precinct Commitee member for over 30 years. He served several times as treasurer of his legislative district and three times as chair. In 2015 he was elected to Glendale City Councilman for a 1-year term and won two subsequent terms of 4 years and has announced his candidacy for the 2024 Glendale city election. He served 8 years on the West-Mec School Board\, and 9 years as a volunteer hearing officer in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. He currently serves on Choice Academies Charter School Board\, is Chairman of the West Valley Republican PAC\, Treasurer of the newly formed Winlocal Pac\, formed by Shiry Sapir to fund school board races throughout the State\, and serves on many city and regional boards and commissions. \nRay has been married to his wife Mary for 46 years.
